What Our Fundraising Supports

Safer Riding Environment
We have been raising money to build a sand paddock which will give us an enclosed all-weather surface. We want to make sure that as many people as possible have a chance to join us to experience of riding or just spending time with the ponies - and we want to make sure that we can ride whatever the weather. We don't mind the rain, but if the grass is wet and slippery, we can't have lessons.

This will:
• Have a non-slip surface
• Be safe for riders and helpers
• Reduce the number of cancelled sessions
• Provide a fenced area
• Enable us to offer more activities to more people

Work is due to begin in 2023, and we would like to thank the generous support of all those who have made it possible.

Community Transport

Our participants face long journeys to take part in our sessions and getting to Killiechronan can be a problem. Our new fundraising aim is to raise the necessary funds to be able to provide transport to and from the RDA sessions using community transport minibuses or taxis.
